Home / Data Center Site Support
Data centers get built where the workforce does not live.
A hyperscale build puts two thousand trades on a site that used to be farmland. The schedule does not move. Housing, meals, restrooms and laundry are not site amenities at that point. They are schedule risk.
The problem
Every hour a tradesperson spends leaving site is an hour off the build.
Drive time to the nearest town, queues at four restrooms, no hot meal on a night shift, uniforms washed in a motel sink. None of it shows up on a critical path chart, and all of it slows the job down and costs you people.
What we take off the GC's plate
- Housing for peak headcount, including hotel blocks and on-site billeting
- Hot meals to the actual shift pattern, including nights
- Restroom, shower and hygiene capacity sized to headcount, serviced daily
- Wash-and-fold laundry with scheduled pickup and return
- Power, HVAC, lighting, structures, fencing and waste
- One project manager, one schedule, one invoice
Recent commercial work
A one-million-hour safety milestone, delivered as a single package.
A data center project reached one million work hours without a lost-time incident and wanted to mark it properly, on site, for around sixteen hundred people. We provided the whole envelope.
- 30 m × 80 m clear-span structure
- 800 kVA of temporary power plus fuel service
- 360 tons of HVAC
- Stage, audio and video production with two LED wall panels
- Lighting, tables, chairs and linens
- Catering support for approximately 1,600 attendees

Scaling
Camps should follow the manpower curve, not fight it.
Civil works needs two hundred beds. Fit-out needs eleven hundred. Commissioning needs sixty. Contracting each of those phases separately, with a different vendor for each service, is how camps end up half empty and fully billed.
Because we hold every line on one scope, beds, meals, restrooms and laundry move together when your headcount moves. You are billed for the camp you are actually running.
- Monthly headcount reconciliation across every service line
- Phase-by-phase mobilization and demobilization
- Equipment sourced from the closest partner in a national network
- One point of contact from site selection to teardown
On site
Equipment you have seen on our projects.

Send us your manpower curve. We will send back a camp plan.
Location, phase durations and peak headcount are enough to start. We will come back with what the camp needs, what it costs, and how long it takes to stand up.
